In Maintain Business Users app when clicking on "Add" button no entries are visible and there is no "Create" button.

In order to create Business Users, first a worker needs to be created in Manage Workforce app or via other data sources, you can check it here.

Once a worker is created:

In Manage Workforce app you can click on the "Maintain Business Users" button

Go to Maintain Business Users app and click on the add button, and the new worker will appear
