3675805 - Lookup Table with ranges are not returning value.

• There is a Lookup Table with the dimensions arranged.
• This Lookup Table is referenced by a rule or formula.
• When the pipeline runs and should generate a value using the Lookup Table, the value is not generated.
• In the Worker log, when run with advanced logs for SQL and Verbose, the following error was found:
  
  • "Could not perform Value operation: add, because at least one of the values involved (null,<VALUE>) is null"

* The <NULL> value is the same used on the MDLT function, during the rule evaluation.
