The WMATGRP01 IDoc type in SAP is used for the transfer of material group hierarchies. You realize that the IDOC type has a limitation of only supporting up to 8 levels in the hierarchy. This means that if your material group hierarchy is deeper than 8 levels, the standard WMATGRP01 IDoc will not be able to accommodate it.
