Symptom

The new feature (Enhancements to the Attributes Pages in Growth Portfolio | SAP Help Portal) of attribute sorting in Growth portfolio is intermittently failing to sort attributes.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Growth Portfolio

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Growth portfolio and click Skills or Competencies card.
  2. Try to sort skills or competencies per the guide Enhancements to the Attributes Pages in Growth Portfolio | SAP Help Portal.
  3. Sometimes the sorting fails and shows previous or random results.

Resolution

The solution of this issue is planned for 1H 2026 release upgrade:

Preview systems: April 13th 2026;

Production systems: May 15th 2026.
