Symptom
In SolrCloud, replicas of the same collection are expected to contain the same number of documents. Situations arise where one or more replicas report a different document count than the others, for example two replicas may match while a third differs. As cluster size grows, manual verification in Solr Admin under Cloud > Nodes > Replicas becomes increasingly impractical, particularly in environments with many Solr nodes and hundreds of collections.
