3675859 - Retirement Eligibility Field not appearing in Matrix Grid Report - Succession Management

• The retirement flag category was added to the Matrix Classifier XML configuration however it is not appearing in the list under Matrix Grid Report.
• No error or warning messages are displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

1. Configure the Retirement Eligibility field in the Matrix Classifier XML
2. Attempt to locate the field under Matrix grid report icon configuration in Admin Center 
3. The Retirement Eligibility field is not available.

The Matrix Classifier XML configuration includes the retirement flag category, as shown below:

As a customer, you don't have access to Provisioning. To complete tasks in Provisioning, contact your implementation partner or Account Executive. For any non-implementation tasks, contact Technical Support.

NOTE: Aside from the above configuration and permissions required, the retirement eligibility feature is unique in that it uses a calculated field value to add a flag to your matrix grid reports for those employees who are eligible for retirement. It uses date of birth and hire date in the data model for the calculation, so both of those standard elements must be defined and used for the calculation to work.
