Symptom

  • During the single sign-on (SSO) authentication flow to SAP Work Zone, users are intermittently presented with an "access denied" icon, or redirected to the logon screen and prompted to enter credentials.
  • Refreshing the page or clearing the browser cache resolves the issue, allowing users to log in successfully.
