3675891 - Achievements and activities linked to performance goals are not appearing in the Performance form

Symptom

Achievements and activities linked to goals in the performance form do not display, although they appear correctly in the goal plan.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management 2H 2025

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open a Performance Form
  2. Select any goal > Create a 'Linked Activity' 
  3. Notice that no activity appears after creation
  4. Go to Home > Goals > Select Goal Plan
  5. Verify that the activity was created and appears in the goal plan, but not in the form.

Cause

The achievement or activity date is outside of the PM form review period: start and end dates of the Performance form.

Resolution

The behaviour is expected per the guide: Activities, Achievements, and Feedback from Continuous Performance Management | SAP Help Portal

A form only displays the activities and achievements that are dated between the form's start and end dates. For example, an achievement dated August 15 will not show up on a form with a start date of November 20 and an end date of December 10.
