3675891 - Achievements and activities linked to performance goals are not appearing in the Performance form

Achievements and activities linked to goals in the performance form do not display, although they appear correctly in the goal plan.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management 2H 2025

1. Open a Performance Form
2. Select any goal > Create a 'Linked Activity' 
3. Notice that no activity appears after creation
4. Go to Home > Goals > Select Goal Plan
5. Verify that the activity was created and appears in the goal plan, but not in the form.

The achievement or activity date is outside of the PM form review period: start and end dates of the Performance form.

The behaviour is expected per the guide: Activities, Achievements, and Feedback from Continuous Performance Management | SAP Help Portal

A performance form displays only those activities and achievements that fall within the form’s effective date range.

For example, an achievement dated 15 August will not appear on a form with a start date of 20 November and an end date of 10 December.

Please note that activities and achievements created on the form’s end date are also excluded.
For instance, if the form start date is 20 November and the end date is 10 December, any activity created on 10 December will not be displayed on the form.
