How does the default color in the rich-text-editor boxes work in Learning Administration?

Reproducing the Issue
Taking as an example the item's description field:
- Navigate to Learning Administration >
- Learning Activities >
- Items >
- Open any item record >
- Go to the Item Details page >
- Click on the 'Translate' box next to the Description tab >
- Type a text, click on the three dots, select 'Text Color', and click on the 'Default Color' button >
- Observe that the 'Default Color' button does not change the text color and sets it to black >
- Repeat the process for a different item record and observe that the selected color does not remain in the palette for other items.
Cause
Resolution
As confirmed by the Engineering team, the default color button color is black, there is currently no configuration or method to change the default color with the rich-text-editor component.
Additionally, the default color and background color are automatically determined based on context. If new text lines need new styles, the user should position the cursor at first, then select the desired color and background color, and start typing. The new style will then be applied.
