3675902 - Clipboard Write Access Blocked When Using Mashups in SAP Sales Cloud

• The website in the HTML mashup contains a feature to copy information using a "copy" button, but pressing the button results in no action.
• An error message appears in the browser console: "NotAllowedError: Failed to execute 'writeText' on 'Clipboard': The Clipboard API has been blocked because of a permissions policy applied to the current document."

From C4C perspective, currently, it's not possible to "copy to clipboard" in a mashup. It is possible to test the URL in the iFrame tester: https://iframetester.com/ it should not work as well. This is the expected system behavior.

As an alternative it is possible to raise an idea in the Influence Portal with your request. There, other customers can also vote for the idea and depending on the demand from the customer community, and feasibility, the developers will evaluate and plan accordingly for a possible implementation of this request.
