3675903 - KSB1: Unable to add columns in ALV layout

Symptom

In transaction code KSB1, when displaying a document and selecting a specific layout, attempting to add more columns results in no columns being displayed. This issue affects both header and item sections of the layout. In some scenarios, the system runs into a short dump with the error message "GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED".
