3675905 - Custom page configuration not applied to object work list (owl) screen

Symptom

  • Custom page configuration is not applied to the Object Work List (OWL) screen.
  • Only the primary page configuration (master layout) is displayed at runtime, regardless of business role assignment or custom page configuration.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C).
  2. Navigate to any view where the page layout is assigned.
  3. Verify that the custom page configuration is not reflected for a user with the business role.

Cause

This generally occurs due to a Page Layout caching issue.

Resolution

Perform a page configuration matrix reassignment -

a. Switch the custom page configuration to the master layout configuration.

b. Reassign the desired custom page configuration back to the business role.
