3675912 - Application error on cancel action when navigating to Show Classes > Upcoming Classes > Register other members.

When navigating to Show Classes > Register Other Members > Add Employee > Next > Cancel for a class, an application error occurs.
Error message: "An application error has occurred. Please try again. If you have further questions or issues regarding this error, please provide the error details below to your support group. Error message = Cannot parse null string."

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Navigate to Learning.
2. Click on Browse All next to the Search bar.
3. In the Filters Panel, enable the Upcoming Classes toggle button.
4. Click on one of the Show Classes and select one of the available classes.
5. Click Register Other Members.
6. Click Add next to Employees and select an employee.
7. Click Next.
8. Click Cancel.
9. Click Cancel again.

Our engineering team has finalized the fix which is scheduled to be delivered in 1H2026 release. More details about release can be found in Product Release & Road Map.

Workaround:

• Instead of opening class page directly from library search, follow this path: Library search -> Item details page-> Class -> "Register Others"
