Symptom

Web services are non-functional in the system environment following a system copy/refresh. Besides attempts to delete and recreate bindings and run a health check, it did not resolve the issue.

  • Error message: "Republishing of Service Definition 'XXXXXXX_XXXXXX' failed: Error: application failed: Application Error: Logical Key '000.XXXXXXXXXX.XXX.XXXXXXXXXX.0000000000.XXXXXXX' already registered with Application Key 'XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX'".
