3675955 - Alert message with Document Generation template does not display the configured content - Employee Central

• A newly configured alert message with an assigned document generation template does not display the text from either the alert message or the document template when triggered.
• The alert works correctly when the document template is removed from the alert message configuration.

Make sure you have a configuration as per Guide Build Customizable Alert Notifications Using Document Generation, then try to trigger the notification, but it does not work.

The value for the Document Generation Group field was not maintained when configuring the feature.

1. Verify the configuration of the document generation template.
2. Ensure that the value for Document Generation Group matches the alert message's configuration.
3. Update the group value in the document generation template to align with the alert message configuration.
4. Test the alert message functionality after updating the configuration to confirm the issue is resolved.
