3675957 - Anniversary card doesn't display content on Latest Home Page

Symptom

  • Anniversary card is not showing any value when opened.
  • The anniversary tile does not display the full text.
  • The name of the employee is not visible on the anniversary tile.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Proxy to a manager
  2. On the homepage, locate the anniversary card for a user
  3. Open the anniversary card and observe that no content is displayed

Cause

Resolution

Engineering team has confirmed that a patch to fix this issue will be implemented in the dates below:

  • For preview environment on Nov 11, 2025
  • For production environment on Nov 14, 2025
