3675987 - Unable to delete SAP standard FS item in app Define FS item

An FS item cannot be deleted in the environment despite not being in use.

When attempting to delete FS item 163100 in the DEV system, the system generates the error message: "FS item is used in role S-A-GOODWILL, version , from year/period 000/0000."

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Attempt to delete FS item 163100 in the DEV system using the app "Define FS Items."
2. Check "Check Where Used" button, and Observe the error message: "FS item is used in role S-A-GOODWILL, version , from year/period 000/0000."

1. Input "0000/001" in the set global parameters app.

2. Access the "Define FS Items" app in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

3. Delete all FS item assignments and attributes linked to FS item 163100. Remove the role assignment for FS item 163100 in fiscal period/fiscal year 000/0000.

4. Delete FS item 163100 from the system.

P.S. If FS item 163100 is a standard FS item, it is recommended to create a new FS item with the same role S-A-GOODWILL for use in the GR process.
