3676020 - Opt Out button not visible after clicking on Enroll button in the Benefits Available to Enroll section

In the Benefits Available to Enroll section, when the user clicks on Enroll button, the opt out button is not visible.

1. Navigate to the user's profile
2. Click on the Benefits section
3. Click on the Benefits Overview link
4. Select a benefit in the "Benefits Available to Enroll" section
5. Click on Enroll button in the popup window
6. Observe that the opt-out button is not visible

The system is working as designed. 

A benefit can be opted out only after enrollment. The setting for opt-out before enrollment (in the Benefit configuration) is "Allow waiving of benefit". However, waive is not supported while enrolling into a specific/single benefit (via Benefits Available to Enroll section).
