Symptom

The business role SAP_BR_CONSLDTN_SPECIALIST is not available in the system.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Attempt to configure authorizations required for the consolidation process in SAP Group Reporting.
  2. Observe that the business role SAP_BR_CONSLDTN_SPECIALIST is not available in the system.

Cause

The business role template Consolidation Specialist (SAP_BR_CONSLDTN_SPECIALIST) has been deleted and is no longer available for customers.

Resolution

The business role template Consolidation Specialist (SAP_BR_CONSLDTN_SPECIALIST) is deleted. This business role template is no longer available for customers.

The successor business role templates are the Administrator - Group Reporting (SAP_BR_ADMINISTRATOR_GRP) and the Group Accountant (SAP_BR_GRP_ACCOUNTANT) business role templates.
