3676097 - Timestamp error in rehire verification data review

Application error thrown while completing rehire verification.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• Initiate the Rehire Verification process for an onboardee.

• Proceed through the standard onboarding steps until reaching the Data Review page.

• Complete the required fields and click Submit.

• Observe that an application error appears upon submission.

The issue occurs because the “employee-status” picklist does not include all the required options. Currently, it only contains values such as Active, Termination, or No-Show, which are insufficient. All essential options must be present in the picklist to ensure proper functionality.

- D - Dormant
- F - Furlough
- O - Discarded
- P - Paid Leave
- R - Retired
- S - Suspended
- T - Terminated
- U - Unpaid Leave 

Please maintain all these options in the picklist of employee-status, and then this issue will be solved.
