3676148 - IBP: Permission filter not restricts data writing when attribute-based Total function is applied

Symptom

    In SAP IBP Excel add-in, in a planning view, user is trying writing key figure data in the Total row (attribute-based total function). Permission filter that restricts the data writing is assigned to the business user, but user is still able to write data for the Total row.
