3676149 - How to recall a candidate moved as forwarded as requisition instead of forward applicant - SAP Recruiting Management

• The candidate was mistakenly forwarded as requisition instead of being forwarded as an applicant.
• The "Move" action is greyed out and not enabled for the candidate.
• Error message encountered: "Not forwarded. This individual has already been forwarded to the job."

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Log into the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting system.
2. Navigate to the requisition ID
3. Attempt to move the candidate who was forwarded to the requisition instead of being forwarded as an applicant.
4. Observe that the "Move" action is greyed out and not enabled.
5. Attempt to forward the candidate again and observe the error message: "Not forwarded. This individual has already been forwarded to the job."

The candidate is just forwarded to invite to apply status but is not an applicant yet. Once the candidate actually applies, then then the candidates become applicant only after which you will be able to move to required statuses.

Please ask the candidate to re apply and is the only option.

The system will only allow the movement of a candidate for an active applicant: either applied themselves or by adding them through Late Stage Application.
