Symptom

  • Applicants in "Draft Application" status are not anonymized during the data purge process.
  • Non-anonymized applicant data appears in reports generated from the JobApplication entity.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Run a report using the JobApplication entity.
  2. Identify applicants in "Draft Application" status within the report.
  3. Verify that their data appears as non-anonymized.

Cause

  • Applicants in "Draft Application" status are purged during the candidate purge process, which may not have been executed yet.

Resolution

  1. Ensure the candidate purge process is executed to remove applicants in "Draft Application" status.
  2. Verify the purge process has been successfully completed by running the relevant report again.
