3676155 - Error When Editing or Saving Changes to Inactive Route Map – Application Error with ErrorID c137eb38-ca48-4541-a276-ddfd649ec70f

Symptom

Users encounter an application error when attempting to edit or save changes to Inactive Route Map. The error message displayed is:

Additional observations:

  • The issue persists despite clearing browser cache, logging out/in, and using incognito mode.
  • The error occurs specifically when editing roles in steps or adjusting due dates within the Route Map.

Reproducing the Issue

  • Log in to the system.
  • Navigate to any Inactive Route Map.
  • Attempt to:
    • Edit roles in steps
    • Adjust due dates
  • Save the changes

Cause

The issue has been identified as a defect. It affects the Route Map editing functionality under specific conditions. 

Resolution

A permanent fix is scheduled for deployment in the 2511 release.

Workaround:
To avoid the error temporarily, ensure the Route Map is activated before making any changes and saving them.
