3676157 - After 2H Release DRTM Master Purge failing

• DRTM Master purge is automatically failing and result is "reviewing..."
• LMS is not integrated 
• DRTM configuration is setup as expected

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core - 2H 2025

1. Submit to purge request
2. Observe the failure in the final approval stage of the purge process.
3. Check the Purge Request Monitor for the failed purge request and note the "Reviewing" status 

Workaround

• Turn OFF the feature in Manage Employee Central Settings > Enable Employee Seniority Calculation, so that the purge logic won’t go through the seniority object. 

Permanent Solution

• A fix date has been deployed to preview on Nov 11 and the Nov 14th for Production
