3676230 - New Delegation Request Card on Home Page does not apply to Workflow Delegation Card

New delegation card on home page (PLA-48901) is not as per What's New Viewer documentation for Workflow Delegation requests.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. From the home page Delegate My Workflows quick action, create an auto-delegation request
2. Access the system or proxy as the delegatee
3. Notice that the delegation card is not as the one described in New Delegation Request Card on Home Page | SAP Help Portal

The new card is applicable only to Platform Delegation, which allows users, typically managers, to delegate their performance review tasks to others for a specified time period. It doesn't apply to workflow delegation requests. See the screenshots below to identify each card:

• Delegation Request card for Workflow Delegation (which remains as in the previous version)

       

• New Delegation Request card for Platform Delegation (new card added in 2511 version)
