3676267 - Application error occurred when using the "Approve with comment" or "Decline with comment" features for the time off workflow on the home page - 2H2025

When approver is attempting to approve the time off workflow using the "Approve with comment" or "Decline with comment" functionality on the home page results in an error message for approvers.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central 

1. Proxy as Approver.
2. Navigate to the home page and select one of the time-off workflows. 
3. Click on Approve with comments.
4. Add a comment and click on approve.  
5. Error occurs:  
     internalMessage=Error performing action  
     errorMessage=Deserialize parameter failed. Tree should be empty but still has content left: comments  
     name=Error  
     code=BadArgument
