Symptom

When accessing class details using the ‘Show Upcoming classes’ feature, the class details are always shown in English and not in the user’s own locale

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Search for an instructor led item and open the dropdown of upcoming classes.
  2. Observe that the locale in this table is English and not the user's locale.
  3. Click on the link to go to the class details page.
  4. Verify that the page is displayed in English locale instead of the user's locale.

Resolution
