Below Error message occurs during picking task creation for outbound delivery.

• Warehouse request &1, 10 must not be allowed.
• Error message: /SCWM/TO_WHR024.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a Sales Order with APP Create Sales Order (APP ID VA01).
2. Generate an Outbound Delivery Order.
3. Attempt to create Pick Warehouse Tasks.
4. Observe the error message: "Warehouse request &1, 10 must not be allowed."

During sales order creation, go to item level -> shipping tab, set the "Unlimited Tol:" flag then create outbound delivery and test it again.

The "Overdeliv. Tolerance" at sales order item level, this percentage based tolerance check is not supported in the Public Cloud WM standard for Outbound Deliveries. These tolerance values are only used for Inbound Deliveries. BADI /SCWM/EX4_CORE_RMS_QUANTITY (Change of Requested Quantity for Stock Removal) can also be implemented as workaround.
