The job description and job company from Recruiting Management (RCM) are not being transferred into the corresponding fields in Recruiting Posting for specific users.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

1. Proxy to user 
2. Access job requisition number 
3. Navigate to Job Posting and select a job board.
4. Validate that no company ID or job description is visible in Recruiting Posting.

 If a recruiter does not have the necessary read access permissions for specific Job Requisition properties, they will not be able to view the details of those fields. This limitation is directly related to the permissions configuration within the system.  

Additionally, if the recruiter is able to view the values of these fields directly within the Recruitment Management (RCM) module, it indicates that they already possess the required permissions to access the same information via the OData API. This ensures consistency in access rights across both interfaces.  

You need To Grant the "OData API Job Requisition Export" permission to the affected users.

1. Navigate to the Admin Center.
2. Select "Manage Permission Roles" and choose the role associated with the affected users.
3. Edit the selected permission role.
4. Under "User Permissions," locate "Recruiting Permissions",
5. check the box for "OData API Job Requisition Export."
6. Save the changes.
