3676377 - Error V1082 "No availability check can be carried out for material"

Symptom

When performing an Available-to-Promise (ATP) check during sales order entry, if the order is left open without being saved, and another sales order is created in a separate session using the same material,
the system displays message V1082: "No availability check is carried out for material xxx", and the Confirmed Quantity field in the schedule lines tab remains empty.

And, the configuration - Soft Block is set well in Tcode OVZ2.
