Symptom
- How to limit user access to create visits from Calender?
- The visit work center operates as expected, but the option to create visits cannot be disabled or hidden from the Calendar and Home screen due to system adaptation limitations.

Reproducing the Issue
- Access the SAP Cloud for Customer system.
- Navigate to the Calendar work center.
- Select the + icon to create activities.
- Attempt to disable or hide the "Create visit" option using adaptation settings.
- Observe that the option remains visible and cannot be removed.
Cause
- The "Create visit" option on the Calendar cannot be disabled or hidden due to standard system behavior.
- Constraints in layout adaptation functionalities prevent the removal or hiding of this option.
Resolution
- This is the expected behavior of the system.
- The option to create visits cannot be disabled or hidden in the Calendar due to system limitations.
