3676389 - ESI - Creation of Logical Ports during Local Configuration using Services Registry fail due to SAML authentication

Symptom

  • A Local Configuration scenario is being set in SOAMANAGER;
  • A WSDL file was uploaded in the Services Registry and a Logical Port should be created based on that;
  • When running the Pending Tasks, the WSDL can be found but not retrieved due to error 'An exception was raised in the communication frame';
  • It is perceived via an ICM trace that the GET request to path /sap/bc/srt/wsdl/... triggers SAML authentication.
