Symptom

Launch Forms pop-up does not display when "Enable the latest SAP shell bar" is checked in Company System and Logo Settings.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Company System and Logo Settings and check "Enable the latest SAP shell bar". Save the setting.
  2. Search for "Launch Forms" in the global search bar and click on the result.
  3. Observe that the pop-up for Launch Forms does not display.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release (b2605).

Workaround

Go to Company System and Logo Settings and uncheck "Enable the latest SAP shell bar". Save the setting.

Currently, "Enable the latest SAP shell bar" is only available in Preview instance. Therefore, the issue will not appear in Production environment after the Production release on Nov 14, 2025. Preview of SAP User Experience Updates
