3676418 - All Task are Available Even When the Employee is not Assigned to Project

1. Go to Home - Self-Services Overview.
2. Select Edit Time Sheet.
3. Add Row.
4. Observe all the Task are available in the Value help under Task field.

An enhancement introduced in the 2502 release from the HCM side allows employees who are not planned in the project but have an Org Unit maintained to view project subtasks. 

The new enhancement work done in 2502 release, unplanned Employees will be able to see Project sub task.

How Project task details appear in time sheet after new implementation?

• If employee A is maintained in the project team and staffing tab team members:

 Employee A will receive the project header and all the sub tasks in the time sheet value help.

• If Org unit X is maintained in the project and employee A is part of the Org unit X:

Employee A will receive the project header and all the sub tasks in the time sheet value help.

• If employee A is maintained in the Project team and staffing tab team member and task X is assigned to employee A:

Employee A will receive the project header, all the sub tasks and the assigned task X in the time sheet value help.

• If Org unit X is maintained in the project, employee A is part of the Org unit X and  task X is assigned to employee A:

Employee A will receive the project header, all the sub tasks and the assigned task X  in the time sheet value help.
