Symptom

You want to adapt the "Guided Selling" screen / component.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Resolution

For instance, you need to adapt the Collapsed pane while on Guided selling:

  1. Administrator work center > Sales and Campaign Settings;
  2. On right side > Click on Configure Guided Selling;
  3. On left side > Click the arrow pointing right (expand) > Click on Extensibility
  4. Click > opportunityDetailc4c;
  5. Expand > opportunityDetailc4c;
  6. Next to field "KPI Collapsed Mode" > Click on first icon "Create section";
  7. Click Add Field > Opportunity;
  8. You can add your Standard fields or Extension fields;
  9. Click Apply
