3676479 - FMCACOV: Missing display of dunning and payment locks

Symptom

  • In transaction FMCACOV within SAP S/4HANA, existing dunning and payment locks are not displayed in the GP overview.
  • In transaction FPL9, the dunning and payment locks are visible.
  • This issue is observed in the S/4HANA system, whereas the ECC system displays the locks correctly.
  • The issue occurs despite implementing SAP Note 1784804, which means there is an own customer function in Event P128.
