Symptom

It is required to activate Sales Area Concept in CPQ Tenant integrated with SAP S/4HANA. 

Environment

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ Integrated with SAP S/4HANA

Cause

Service request.

Resolution

  • In order to have feature activated in the environment it is required to log a case to CEC-SAL-CPQ Component containing following information:
    • Tenant URL
    • Approval for a database and tenant files
    • Approval for applying a script to export market information from tenant
    • Approval to activate Sales Area Concept tenant.
