Symptom
- Error message: "Account information not recognized: Could not reach CMS 'xxxxx:6400'. The CMS on machine 'xxxxx' was stopped due to a critical error. (FWM 20031)" encountered while accessing the Central Management Console .
- Error message in logs event viewer : "SAP BusinessObjects BI platform CMS: Unable to connect to the CMS system database 'xxxxxx'. Reason: ct_connect(): network packet layer: internal net library error: Net-Lib protocol driver call to connect two endpoints failed."
- Error message in logs event viewer: "ct_results(): network packet layer: internal net library error: Net-Library operation terminated due to disconnect.
