When Restarting Compliance Process, the corresponding DocuSign envelope is not automatically voided.

Cause
This is the current system behavior.
- At present, there is no way to void completed (signed) DocuSign envelope.
Resolution
In the current onboarding feature, we do not delete the envelopes from DocuSign when the onboarding is completed/cancelled or even restarted.
