3676665 - 2H 2025 - Unable to Load or Download Attached Documents in My Offers Page with ICS Enabled - Recruiting Marketing

Internal candidates are unable to load or download attached PDF or DOCX documents by clicking the document links in offer letters sent via DocuSign with ICS Enabled.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Customer enabled ICS in CSB.
2. Recruiter sent a DocuSign online offer letter with docx & pdf files to internal candidates.
3. Internal Candidates access ICS and check offer letter, the files are visible but can't be downloaded because when clicking the documents, nothing happened.

The issue occurs because the attachment list does not bubble and trigger the download event when clicking on the link of the attachment.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the patch M2511p2 Nov 18 (Prev) Nov 20 (Prod).

Workaround: Clicking on the link of the attachment does not trigger the download event. Only clicking on the list item triggers the download right now.
