3676675 - Warning message displayed when adding a new routing in CO02 in S/4HANA2023

In S/4HANA2023, when adding a new operation in transaction code CO02 (Change Production Order) while the status of an existing operation is PCNF (Partially Confirmed), a warning message is displayed. In lower system release, no warning message is displayed under the same conditions.
