3676712 - Error /SCWM/HU_WM051 in the unpacking process through PRDI - correction via /SCWM/CMH_LOG

Symptom

  • Provisional Serial Number causing error during unpack for EWM Inbound Delivery item with zero quantity.
  • User goes to Follow-on Function > Pack to unpack the planned Handling Unit.
  • After clicking on unpack, system displays error message: Serial number &1 does not exist and thus cannot be assigned (Message No. /SCWM/HU_WM051).
  • The same can happen also if the item quantity is not zero.
