Symptom
- The error message "io.netty.handler.ssl.SslHandshakeTimeoutException: timed out after 10000ms" occurs when attempting to connect the cloud connector to the subaccount.
- State changes from CONNECTING to CONNECT_FAILED in the logs.
- The issue persists despite confirming that traffic is allowed in the firewall for the destination IPs.
