3676735 - Unable to load benefits confirmation statement when proxying as user - 2H2025

Error message: "Unable to load your statement" appears when attempting to view the Benefits Confirmation Statement while proxying as specific users.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central > Global Benefits

1. Login to system as affected admin.
2. Proxy as specific user,
3. Go to Employees profile > Benefits > Click on View Benefits Confirmation Statement > error: Unable to load your statement

Proxy Management enhanced options have been used but following options were not granted or enabled for proxy user:

• Private Data For Proxy Account Holder
• Document Generation

Provide below highlighted accesses to proxy users to generate Benefits Confirmation Statement which uses document generation in the backend:
