3676834 - Clarification on the token [[ALONG_WITH_OTHER_FEEDBACK_RECIPIENT]] in continuous feedback received notification

The token [[ALONG_WITH_OTHER_FEEDBACK_RECIPIENT]] in the default email notification content for the "Continuous Feedback Received Notification" does not display any value when the email is sent.

SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management

1. Navigate to the Email Notification Template Settings Tool
2. Locate the default email notification template for "Continuous Feedback Received Notification".
3. Verify the presence of the token [[ALONG_WITH_OTHER_FEEDBACK_RECIPIENT]] in the default template.
4. Send feedback to a single recipient using the Continuous Feedback feature.
5. Check the email notification received by the recipient to confirm that the token [[ALONG_WITH_OTHER_FEEDBACK_RECIPIENT]] displays NO value.

The token [[ALONG_WITH_OTHER_FEEDBACK_RECIPIENT]] is designed to display other recipients who have also received feedback from the same feedback provider. If the feedback provider sends feedback to only one recipient, the token remains empty as there are no other recipients to display.

To illustrate this scenario:

1. A Manager provides feedback to three direct reports.

2. Each Employee receives a Continuous Feedback Received notification.

3. When viewing the notification, the [[ALONG_WITH_OTHER_FEEDBACK_RECIPIENT]] token displays the names of the other two recipients who also received feedback from the same Manager.

4. If the Manager had provided feedback to only one employee, the token would appear blank, since there are no other recipients to list.
