3676951 - Expected Competency Rating is not visible with Employee's Self Rating in Latest Performance Management

Symptom

In Latest Form Experience, when using rating option 3 in Competency section, the Expected Rating does not appear with Employee's Self Rating.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management 2H 2025

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In Competency section use rating option 3 and enable Expected Competency Rating
  2. Provide read or write permission to subject-item-rating and none permission to item-rating
  3. Enable Latest Form Experience
  4. In the Competency Section Expected rating does not show values

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.

Workaround

Disable Latest Form Experience
