External reference number from, for example service order, is not copied to the billing documents.

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud edition

In standard S/4HANA Cloud this is not available. 

Implement the Custom Data Transfer for Billing Documents BAdI (SD_BIL_DATA_TRANSFER) to control specific aspects of data transfer between documents.
