3677003 - Issue with Personal Data Collection Task Loading - Onboarding

Symptom

The Personal Data Collection task page remains in a continuous loading state when accessed by onboardee.

Environment

SAP Successfactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login as a candidate.
  2. Navigate to the Personal Data Collection task.
  3. Observe that the page remains in a continuous loading state.

Cause

  • The onboardees legal entity has an association to a compensation structure which is not accessible to the onboardee.
  • As a result, the system is not able to load the personal data collection.

Resolution

  • Currently, there is no way to allow for the associated compensation structure to be made visible to onboardees
  • As a result, please remove the compensation structure from the onboardees legal entity by following the steps below.
  1. Go to new hire data
  2. Note the onboardee's legal enity
  3. Go to configure object definition
  4. Search the onboardee's legal entity
  5. Remove the associated compensation structure
