3677057 - Error when using UI Adaptation to embed content in a service document

Symptom

When trying to embed an UI5 application within a service transaction (e.g. service order, service quotation), the following error is displayed?

  • An error has occurred. Please contact SAP support by opening a ticket for component CA-UI5-FL-RTA. Please include the following technical information in your ticket: Error during execPromiseQueueSequentially processing occurred: The following change cannot be applied: id_xxxxxx__addFields. This is caused by the following open dependencies: id_xxxxxx__moveControls, id_xxxxxx__moveControls, id_xxxxxx__moveControls

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution

A fix is planned to be delivered on CE2602.
